Please note that this is a courtesy extended by your landlord for convenience purposes. We will process your properly filed requests within 1 business day. No guarantees are offered or implied. We will inform you via Pay Pal when the process is complete. The rent will not be considered paid until the payment verification is received via Pay Pal. Normal late fees will apply should rent be late. An additional online convenience fee may apply, please review your bill for additional details. Should your application be approved, a deposit of $400 will be required and a lease will be ordered. If applicant is approved, but fails to enter into the lease within 3 days of verbal and/or written approval and/or take possession after the lease signing, the FULL "DEPOSIT" shall be forfeited to the Landlord or Management in addition to any penalties as provided in the lease if the lease has been signed by the applicant.
